All orders include 90-day drop coverage as standard. If your follower count, likes, views, or comments decrease below the amount we delivered within 90 days of your order completing, we will refill the difference at no additional cost. This is not a refund — it is a free top-up that ensures you receive the full value of your purchase. To claim drop coverage, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.
Refunds are available in the following circumstances: Non-delivery — if your order has not begun delivery within 72 hours of confirmed payment and we are unable to fulfil it; Significant under-delivery — if we deliver less than 70% of your ordered quantity and are unable to complete the remainder; Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error. Refunds are not available once delivery has been completed in full, or for orders where the Instagram account was set to private or was suspended during the delivery period.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds: change of mind after delivery has begun; follower, like, view, or comment loss that occurs more than 90 days after delivery completion; account bans or restrictions imposed by Instagram for reasons unrelated to our service; orders placed for the wrong service or quantity where delivery has already begun.
